Rhubarb Crumble Shawns

4 Servings

10-15 Stalks Rhubarb, chopped
2 Tsp Wine (or AC vineger)
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup AP flour
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Raisins

Preheat a large saucepan and preheat oven to a hot heat.

Place rhubarb, wine, sugar in causepan cook down for 5 mins.

While rhubarb is stewing, prepare the crumble topping in a large bowl.
Rub the butter with the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add
sugar and raisins and stir.

Pour rhubarb into an ovenproof dish. Place the crumble topping on
top, finish in the oven for 5-10 mins.
